The hostel offers a stunning location next to a river, with a beautiful mountain backdrop. It is easy to reach by car or bus, and is perfect for visiting Vintgar gorge. the hosts, Katya & Ryan, are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Guests can enjoy a relaxed ambience by the river, with hammocks and stools provided.

The rooms at The Riverside Chill Hostel were cozy and comfortable. I loved the shared bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The balcony in selected rooms offered a great view of the mountains, which was such a treat.

Personally, I found the shared bathroom to be a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just me.

Exceptionally kind hosts, cozy and lovely atmosphere, wonderful backyard for swimming, great continental breakfast , chill and relaxed vibe, comfortable beds with unique sheets.

We recently had a romantic escape in a charming hostel nestled in nature. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even made special arrangements for our dog to join us. The hostel itself had a cozy and sweet atmosphere, and we loved waking up to the soothing sound of the nearby river. The breakfast that was included in the price was delicious and satisfying, allowing us to start our day on a high note.

While our overall experience was lovely, there was one minor inconvenience. The hostel was located across from a wood yard, which meant we were woken up at 6am by the noise of machinery.

The perfect location near Bled and Triglav national park, friendly and helpful property owners, scenic routes recommended, enjoyable evenings by the firepit, social atmosphere with other guests, delicious breakfast with variety.

Warm and welcoming hosts Ryan and Katja made us feel at home at this riverside retreat. Abundance of local knowledge for hiking in Soca Valley. Stayed longer than planned. Lovely peaceful location by the river. Fantastic homemade breakfast.

I had an amazing time at this hostel! The hosts, Ryan and Katja, were incredibly passionate about their business and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The beds were comfortable and stable, with warm bedding to keep us cozy on colder nights. The rooms had plenty of space, unlike other hostels where it feels like they cram in as many beds as possible. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee in the sun, and a garden where I could relax and listen to the sounds of the river. I met a variety of great people at the hostel, and the size of the place was perfect, not overcrowded but still a great atmosphere. I loved that I could socialize in the kitchen or outside, but also have my own privacy when needed.

Everything is what I need and want.

Loved hiking and cycling in the area. The accommodation had a beautiful garden and free parking. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the shared lounge. WiFi was free. The cave under Babji zob was conveniently 25 km away and the airport was nearby.

Had such a tough time reaching the beautiful lake of Bled without a car, but who needs convenience anyway?

The value for money at Riverside Chill was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location on the river was beautiful and the staff treated us with such warmth and genuine hospitality.

Breakfast delights with a wider variety of options would have made the morning meal even better.

The owners, Ryan and Katja, were incredibly welcoming and made homemade breakfast using fresh garden food every morning. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the entire hostel was well-equipped. I felt right at home with the cozy atmosphere and loved being able to make a fire and hang out by the river with other guests. The location was also perfect, with easy access to Vintgar gorge and well-connected bus stops for exploring Bled and Bohinj. an amazing experience with 11/10 recommendation!
